Duties and Responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Safety and Health Manager

 

  • Oversee the daily operations responsibilities in the clinic including work allocations, deployment, and supervision of staff to ensure smooth running of the clinic.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards as well as protocols for the clinic to ensure delivery of high-quality service e.g. Occupational health, Wellness Procedures, Emergency response procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate standards of care to ensure adherence to the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Ensure that all emergency response team members are assigned duties and understand all emergency procedures.
  • Work with other emergency response team members such as mine rescuer and activate airlifting in case of serious emergency.
