  • Working with SEZ and STPI units(free zone areas), dealing with customs authorities, systematic receipt of materials its RWC, PC procuring and closing, get fresh list of material from zone office, get job work/inter zone transfer permission, preparation of progress report, System and procedure implementation in relation to SEZ as per rules, guidance on SEZ and STPI issue etc.
  • Laision with customs and excise official, ensuring seamless and smooth operation at all location.
  • Monitoring sourcing of Procurement certificate timely release for all shipment at all location.
  • Filing in customs portal, the Temporary Removal, DTA, Imports Procurements (all) on daily basis and update data base.
  • Attending phone calls from suppliers, CHAs, freight forwarders or any clients prospects and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Prepare and file Monthly/Annually report to AO / SO / DC Office within stipulated time
  • Arranging all necessary permissions/Assessments from Concern customs authority in stipulated time.
  • Performs general office duties, monitoring office supplies, maintaining proper records, database management system and timely submission of reports.
  • Submitting Corporate documents, reports and records weekly and monthly wise.
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and word etc.), Outlook/MS Teams.

   Admin Executive/Logistic Coordinator
