I am a Mechanical Engineer with Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Fire Science Management with more than 20 years as HSE Manager with track record handling major projects in Oil and Gas, Construction and Manufacturing in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE.

I am NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA certified and highly experienced in preparing HSE Plan and Risk Assessment. I am also a certified Fire Fighter and First Aider with extensive understanding and work experience behavioral-based safety in construction, process plant and office safety settings.

I have a good understanding of HSE compliance from Design, Procurement, Construction, Test Commissioning, Handover, Operation and Contractor management system. I am familiar with international standards that includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 relating to workplace health, safety and environment. I developed and implemented processes, rules, procedures and work instructions.

I have excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional ability to communicate both internally at all levels and externally with clients and suppliers. I am well organized, possess self-discipline and am passionate about continuous improvement programs. I am well-versed in developing/reporting HSE KPIs and have powerful presentation skills. In addition, I am adaptable to diverse cultures and environments.

Being active in the sports of tennis, swimming, bowling and basketball, I am in excellent shape and physically/mentally fit.
