Accounts Receivables (AR)

• Working on GL to prepare financial statements - monthly/weekly reporting & collections
• Interacting with Country contacts, Credit and collection, Controllership, Stake holders for various day-to-day issues on APJ, EMEA and AMS region majorly on Dispute Management.
• Support on Audit requirements for External & internal audits, especially on India external auditing by E&Y and internal audit by Compliance team
• Conducting monthly on-time reporting of KPI & reviewing along with potential P&L impact to management
• Reporting cash received verses cash allocated to management, Credit and collection and Stake holders to make sure zero impact on business and customer
• Preparing Management Dashboards & Email communication across clusters
• Performing monthly & quarterly budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis for the online market
• Experience in Analyzing cash inflow at its best and payment terms regulations redefined in cash application & Collections

Projects/Achievements

• Played a key role in HP Split to streamline process in both companies and set-up all related accounts in HPI & HPE
• Design Expert and Tester for AR robotics end to end process for AR including PDD creation which resulted in achieving 5 efficiencies in 10 months
• Stabilized the HP Online business flow from Cash perspective for a long-term benefit cost saving of $2.5M
• Lead for Robotics Process automation – Simplifying Finance by blending technology
• Played a critical role in ERP implementation and Migration.
