Bidder's budget review and optimization, establishment of the budget  forecast for approval and summary report of the evolution and updated of the main indicators of the project to the Company Board of Directors, resource estimation and recruitment, elaboration of project risks analysis, planning monitoring, design, and engineering (basic & detailed) review, construction monitoring on site in coordination with EPC teams, testing and commissioning for drinking water plants (including reverse osmosis plant) or wastewater treatment plants (including biogas and steam production, incineration and sludge treatment)

Responsible of Operation and Maintenance of water / RO / wastewater plants. Monitoring and optimizing operating costs, operator training session establishment, continuous improvement of the treatment process, and maintenance and safety.
