Good afternoon first of all my warm and cordial greetings.

I have 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and I am working in Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundatiom EGPAF in Gaza province as Swat Data Manager where I have worked in all health units of the province as a task:
· Support the health units (US) in the collection of data, in the submission of reports standardized by the National Information System of the Ministry of Health and the Organization
· Ensure compliance with deadlines and periodicity;
· Support the US team in the use of data collection instruments for the program of care and treatment of patients living with HIV and in the management of the electronic system, ensuring the principles of security, confidentiality and confidentiality of information;
· Train and work with typists in the US to update and prepare automatic reports and ensure that data entry is done in a timely manner, regular cleaning and patient charting;
· Support the M & E teams in typing, cleaning and completeness of the data in the data management system
· Perform systematic procedures for data verification and quality assessment (AQD) in manual and electronic media;
· Promote and support dissemination, information analysis and project improvement initiatives.
