Total Experience of 11 years and currently working as a Logistics Manager in Paper link Intl which is situated in Dubai and My role is to handle the logistics part Mumbai Office (Maimoonimpex LLP).

My Roles and Responsibility in this job is as follow.
Introduction of new procedures to increase the effectiveness of the department;
Working closely with the stakeholders to manage the day-to-day work of the team;
Tracking project reporting;
Ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values;
Reducing costs, risks and obtain best terms;
Negotiating with key suppliers and getting substantial discounts;
Coordinating the flow of the whole documentation;
Arranging Inspection for Indonesia Containers
Shipment Planning (Europe, USA & UAE)
Freight Negotiation with Line & Forwarders
Monitoring Quality
Take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery.
Plan scheduling, routes, delivery and distribution.
Communicate with head office and oversea agents for any booking issues.
Communicate with Sales/Marketing team to ensure proper flow of information regarding booking prospects and rate approvals.
