        5. Eighteen (18) and 6 month safety experiences in oil and gas industry overseas.

        7. Knowledge of work Permit system, HSE audit and Inspection.

        8. Knowledge of Top Root Investigation Report and Fish Bone Diagram.

        9. Consultant Training Instructor Safety Programs offered to the public and private  

                 Institutions.

       10. Commitment to safety leadership and excellence.

       11. Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.

12. Computer Skill – competent in use of MS Word.

       13. Knowledge of Pre-Mechanical Commissioning & Simultaneous Operations Procedure.
