My name is Mohammed Nabil and I am Egyptian originally but I have 2 nationalities: Egyptian and Russian. I graduated from Faculty of foreign languages (Al-Alsun University, Cairo) with the specialization in German language in 2008. Then I moved to Moscow in 2012 and decided to develop myself, so I studied Russian language in State University of Russian language named after A. S. Pushkin. Then I got my Master degree of international relations and foreign affairs in Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in 2016. And my latest studying was online learning course in Leadership development in Harvard university (lead by Hilton).
I have over twelve years of working experience in HoReCa and hospitality management, and I have held a position of Night Manager in Hilton for the past four years. During this period, I have developed great skills in establishing proper communication channels between departments, and positively engaging with visitors and guests. Also, I have been credited with spot-checking assigned property and reporting all deficiencies to appropriate department heads. Thus, I am knowledgeable in all aspects of the job.
I have excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills. I have the ability to deal with disappointed customers or unforeseen situation in a professional manner without becoming stressed or out of balance. I also understand the importance of treating customers with respect and of creating a friendly and welcoming environment, so I am sure that every employee should provide excellent customer service.
As a person, I am driven by desire and progress. Whilst working, I like to be challenged and feel that I work most effectively in situations that are fast-paced and continually developing. I try to provide ideas and equally expect fellow colleagues to give any advice on how they think things can work more productively as well.
My experience has taught me how to work well under pressure and how to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism. I am also very comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life and can easily strike up a conversation with anyone. I am a hard-working and motivated individual, and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge. I am fully enrolled in the hospitality business, and I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
