I, as an Operations Executive at Quick Express Cargo Services LLC, have gained experience in handling shipments, managing, tracking and ensuring customers are satisfied with the freight forwarding services provided by us. I have handled many shipments, handled invoices and even communicated with various customers and airlines to ensure the shipments are handled and completed in a professional manner. Also, I was also assigned as the trainer for the trainee staff during the recruitment process that was recently carried put by our company.

In addition to the above mentioned, I have also worked as an IT customer services executive at Inspire, a Digital Marketing company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Working at INSPIRE, Sri Lanka has given me the experience and knowledge to handle customer’s needs and ensure they are satisfied with the end product. I am sure that this experience will help me if I was chosen for this position as well.

I had learnt the various queries and communication methods that one has to have when working as a customer service professional while working at this company. Also, I am very eager to learn more methods and educate myself in this field as it will not only help me broaden my knowledge but also will help me in performing better at my workplace.
