AUG, 2020 --   PRESENT Responsibilities:                                                                                                                            Ø  Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed.

Ø  Asset engineer responsible for the discipline relevant Performance Standard and supporting assurance activities.

Ø  Provides reliability and maintenance mechanical engineering technical support with the primary purpose of increasing rotating equipment reliability.

Ø  Perform detailed analysis of turbomachinery and balance of plant data using a range of portable and online systems

Ø  Assist with investigations, providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects, alignments, balancing, ODS (Operational Deflection Shape) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Ø  Manage, implement and improve vibration, lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance programs including on-site data collection, analysis and determination of recommendations for rotating equipment

Ø  Execute maintenance strategies and programs whilst seeking opportunities to improve them utilizing the latest in data analytics techniques

Ø  Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, availability and/or performance

Ø  Assist with RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
