I am actively looking for a job and can join immediately as as possible. as i have more than 4 year's of experience in travel industry as an Operation Executive and Travel Consultant, where my responsibilities were communicated and dealt with service provider: airlines, Cruise ships, Hotel & Train reservations, Buses, chauffeur, assisted with visa and various online reservation system as well as special event such as tours and excursions, extensive experience in sales. Found new leads and prospects. Updated clients data in CRM system in order to increase clients database also work with sales team and account department to help them learn about changes to market trends and developments to procedures i also handled all aspects of client complaints by maintaining quality communications and establishing productive relationships and sold tour packages, maintain statistical and financial records as well as met profit and sales targets set by the General manager.
