4. Optimize floor plan to handle inventory stacking in warehouses with respect of SKU and there sections & Projects to reduce error and picking time.
5. Maintain and setup washhouse KPIs as per SLA with 5S
6. Setup safety culture in warehouse with HSE standers and establish safety clock for accident free environment.
7. Established inventory management and control method for stock availability and tracking to maintain Safety Stock as per production
8. Establish Cube &pallets raking area as per inventory and warehouse
9. Manage in-land transportation from LSP and supplier end for reliable cargo handling.
10. Successfully operate and managed Reveres Logistic warehousing operations
11. Maintain and manage the warehouse foot step covering over 100000 Square Feet
12. Handling Air and see shipment as per shared ASN AW bill or Bill of lading info after released from custom and in WBOC .
13. Optimize the logistic process to minimum the shipment demerges and storage cost at port .
14. Supporting internal custom clearance team to find correct HS code for invoice making and filling GD and availing FTA benefits
