Achieved rapid progression in major ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, ISO 10002, CMMi-SVC and Agile Scrum framework from the planning stage through to implementation, completion, and management.

A driven individual, comfortable in developing Information Security & Quality Management System Policies, Procedures, planning & conducting Internal Audits, Facilitating Risk Assessment & Meditation Planning and conducting Management Review Meeting, Organization Innovation programs. Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of customer complaints to take actions to eliminate or reduce failures.

Management of Customer Touch Point Survey for improving the customer-centricity through a better understanding of customer interactions. Facilitate the Quality Assurance agenda at the Continuous Improvement Board (CIB) monthly meetings.

Preparing Employee Orientation Plan, facilitating Competency Dictionary gap analysis, Training and Feedback Data Analysis.

Develop and conduct effective corporate- wide quality assurance & Info Sec awareness programs. Pro-active and having a proven ability to improve technology safety, processes and people.

Ensure regular system log reviews are performed and corrective/preventive actions taken to ensure the data is protected. Review of Change Requests pertaining to infrastructure, access control & access request.
