Over 26 years of project control engineer, QA / QC, Construction, project managing experience in oil and gas onshore industry as well as refineries, production facilities, brownfield and green field work, compressor stations and oil & gas pipeline, storage tanks installation and revamp work, power plant, Aluminum smelter plant, refinery terminal and jetty facility revamp work

Developed and implemented project controls plan and procedures (Progress, quantities, cost and schedule, change management, invoicing and payment) with an estimated value of project. Ensure sub-contractor pre-qualification process and contractor mobilization and achieved planned construction start date.

Created Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to support construction and schedule prioritization.

Ensure compliance with project planning methodologies and procedures in conjunction with client directorate. Provide comprehensive planning, work management, construction reports and analysis during all phases of the execution of the contract.
