Design & engineering of Information and communications technology (ICT) systems, security system (Closed-circuit television (CCTV), Access control), fire alarm and emergency voice evacuation system, public address system, Building Management System, Aspiration Smoke Detection, Water leak detection system, structured cabling system, Horizontal & Vertical containment, Backbone cabling, FTTH Design, Home Automation & Nurse call system, Parking Management system, Intrusion detection, Boom Barrier, Bollards, Turnstile & Tripod, Flap barrier, Perimeter Intrusion Detection system etc.

Design & engineering of above system in consideration with space requirements for Service provider room, Main telecom room, Server room/MDF, IDF rooms, Control room, from concept design stage, detail design & Tender stage as per the service provider requirements & international guidelines, Design approval from ISP, design coordination with Landscape & Infra teams.

Carrying out detailed design coordination with other disciplines & Carrying out Internal design reviews (IDR) & quality check procedures (QA/QC) at appropriate intervals during the design process with the Project Team. Coordinate ELV services with Infrastructure, Landscape & service provider team for proper connectivity and placements of containment, conduit for underground services & devices for open area services. Managing other professionals on a project basis (engineers, BIM/CAD technicians, and support staff) and ensuring that work produced is to the required quality, produced on time, and within budget.
