I have an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with others. I am a sensible, organised individual with excellent listening skills and value people in a non-judgmental way. I am a motivated individual who has a passion for improving people’s lives by dealing with any difficulties they may face. I currently work as a Senior Peer specialist in East London NHS Foundation Trust. I have always had a strong interest in how the human mind works and human behaviour.

I have gained a wealth of knowledge, insight and wisdom through personal development and my experience working in the NHS. Which has also enabled me to understand how to show empathy and compassion and help service users work through their issues. This experience has also become a solid foundation for broader psychological knowledge.

I am a trainee in PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London, due to graduate in January 2023. There are benefits of an integrative model, and I believe the main one is preventing the client from having several therapists for different problems. I consider myself an enthusiastic person, and I strive to learn more and improve within my profession.
