Worked as Facilities Management Specialist - Senior Civil Engineer with wasl Properties under wasl Asset Management Service and Solutions Technical Engineering Support Group as overall in charge of processing and approving No Objection Certificate for all 7,000 plus wasl residential and commercial assets. Act as Project Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quality control for any major refurbishment and retrofitting works to any wasl old and new assets. A member of reviewing design concept for new wasl real estate development right to the pre-building inspection during construction down to handing over of the completed project that focuses on snagging and finding issues that concern most of the post-project maintenance works. Entrusted to manage and support various Contractors or Building Service Providers of wasl assets within the assigned area (Bur Dubai Zone).
Conducted major fit out works as a Site Manager in Dubai Marina Metro Station and on the same time with Deira Metro Station.
Worked as Project Engineer for Manser Saxon / ALEC for interior works on the construction of Dubai Marina Mall 2nd and 3rd level including fast food area.
