I have 25 years’ of IT industrial experience with Project Management and Certified SAFe Agile Coach. As a freelancer I am providing trainings to the scrum Masters.

At Optus delivers contact centre solutions to their customers using Nice inContact product. My role is to design and deliver the project and all along our division used waterfall project method.

After my certification as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I initiated to deliver the project under Agile methodology.  So, we formed a small Agile team and ran the project as iterations (Sprints).

So, the customer-based project was divided as multiple PIs and then started delivering in small incremental products. I was doing the scrum master role in the initial stage of the experiment and also coached the team fully about the Iterations and product delivery.

Trained multiple team members to become a Scrum Master to deliver the customer-based projects in Agile Methodology.

My Role and Coaching:

I have been practicing as an Agile coach in delivering solution to  the Optus customers that  includes automation process too. I am doing this and seeing the benefit for more than 2 years

For more than 7 years, I was a Project Manager in HP, Singapore and handled project with size of SGD 11 million and 35 team members.

Choosing the methodology and optimizing the solution delivery is my self interest in the business to  save time and cost  to  the projects.

I am teaching the agile model of delivery to my team members to make the solution delivery with low cost and better return to  the customer.

Plan and execute and show case the customer deliverable as Iterations (Sprint) with considering entire project as one PI (Program Increment).

Many of the implementations are successful though some failed in the beginning of the strategy.
