I am a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost/Management Accountant with 27 years of rich experience in reputed Indian Companies and Fortune 500 Multinationals in Accounts, Taxation, Budget & MIS, Compliance, IT, Legal & Secretarial, Treasury and Internal Audit. I have been working as Executive Director - Finance and Company Secretary for a British MNC's India subsidiary since 2008-2019 overseeing the functions of Finance, Accounts, Legal & Secretarial, IT and Global IT helpdesk.  My reporting was locally to Country Managing Director and also to Global Finance Partner & CFO based out of London. Prior to that I have been working in senior finance positions at Ingram Micro India, FedEx India, Tata Teleservices, IL&FS and Larsen & Toubro.
