My deep interest in Electrical engineering has provided me with a focus to my life that many people search a lifetime for but never find. NED university’s B.E. program in Electrical engineering was the perfect fit for my aptitudes and for my future career.

After my graduation, I have started working for the one of the most developing company known as F.K. Engineering company, in Karachi. As a Project coordinator, I have learned the latest technologies in general electrical work, LT Panel, installation and wiring of panels, power and lightening DB’s, low tension panel, power factor improvement plant(PFL), motor control panels, ASD and DOL motor plant, auto changer-over panel, AMF and ATS panel, Auto phase sequencer, expert in all types of Cable tray making, solar panel installation, personal responsibility and teamwork. I found that the work was repetitive and techniques were simply copied from others- there was a little room for innovation. I knew that I need to find another direction where I could pursue my own abilities for my career development.

Then I started working as an Executive Engineer under the umbrella of ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SOLUTION(EDS) with my fellow competent team. I have been doing work with this company since 2014. The customers whom we serve are from all over the country i.e. Sindh, Punjab, Hub and Gwadar. My first project was working in a FISH MEAL PLANT, where I was provided a chance to do all kinds of automation and installation of electrical and electronic equipment which include liquid sensors, inverters and PLC. The most interesting work I have done at the initial stage of my career was working on Boiler automation and dealing with its troubleshooting was inspiring and motivational.

After a sense of apparel by a hands-on experience in fish meal plant, I got a chance to work in a PRINTING PRESS and PACKING company where I was assigned to install all new different kinds of printing machine. I have worked on Miller printing machine, Machine of four colors, Heidelberg machines. I got euthanistic by doing automation, installation and troubling-shooting of Polar paper cutting machine and belt motor drivers.

In my spare time, the work which I enjoyed the most is in the field of manufacturing products. I can make power and lightening DB’s, low tension panel, power factor improvement plant(PFL), motor control panels, ASD and DOL motor plant, auto changer-over panel, AMF and ATS panel, Auto phase sequencer, expert in all types of Cable tray making, solar panel installation, and from electronics side I can do designing, programming, commissioning and installation of kind of machine, and repair of electronic cards/items if possible.

The most state of the art and breakthrough of my career, that makes me feel superior to others in the field of electrical engineering is the complete installation and automation of PAKISTAN’S FIRST EVER FULLY AUTOMATIC CONCRETE BESER PIPE PLANT with cage making machine and bidi machine for making of concrete pipes , imported from Germany, that is setup in superhighway Karachi, are all installed and trouble shoot with my own bare hands. The working on this plant was too tedious and made me work from dusk to dawn to get it fully operational within two months. I took it as a challenge and have completed the task on time. The credit to work on this plant makes me more blessed and proud to be in this field.

Now I am currently working with Bosch Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, as a Senior Electronic Maintenance Engineer and performing my duties as follows.

Responsible to maintain safe operation of whole the Plant machinery including Ampoule filling and sealing machines, sterilization Tunnel, ultrasonic Ampoules vertical washing machines, Automatic Blister and packing machine, do troubleshooting when required and repairing of faulty Electric/ electronics parts.

Responsible to maintain and run safe operation of Large vials production machines of Truking(China) including Vial Ultrasonic washing machine, Infusion Bottle filling and stoppering machine and infusion bottle sealing machine.

Responsible to run safe operation of Tofflon (China) Lyophilize, do troubleshooting when necessary.

Responsible to run safe operation and do troubleshooting when required of Tofflon Optical Intelligent Vision Inspection Machine.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintain, troubleshoot and run safe operation of printing unit machines including Heidelberg 5 color printing unit, BOBST Die Punching machine, folding machines.

Ensures safe operation of equipment by repairing them or calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques including design, develop, test and supervise.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

My personal attributes include great originality and creativity- I am not afraid to face challenges. I have an indomitable willpower that helps me to overcome difficulties and an enterprising spirit that helps me find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
