• Manage the monthly PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) for systems that related to BMS.
• Upgrade the BMS as per BMS system requirements
• Monitor the daily consumption of energy and try to reduce the energy consumption through BMS system.
• ensure the All BMS & ELV system work Smoothly.
• Vendor Management. monthly vendor attendants submit
  Looking over soft service management as per requirement
• Assigned the work as per site requirement.
• Monitor the daily work of technician as well as daily Checklist of All system at site.
• Follow up Daily pending complaints at site & Update in Daily Reports.
• Follow up with all system Subcontractors & maintain all service Reports & PPM reports.
• Day to Day give update of pending complaints, new complaints, send to FM engineer.
• Take routine round of the premises on daily basis. If any abnormality is observed, then inform to Manager Security Manager Facility as soon as possible. & Also solve the problem.
• Generate daily report & Monthly report, preventive Preventive, and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, FAHU, CCU, Sensors, Pumps, Motors, steam boiler and Heat Exchanger etc.)
• Prepares asset survey reports, data, and sheet for solving maintenance related problems& daily/weekly/monthly Perform weekly Toolbox Talk (TBT) training.
• Control Panels and DDC panels: Operation and Maintenance of HVAC control system.
• Fire Alarm System: Operation and Maintenance, Fire hydrant System, Sprinklers etc.
• Access Control system, CCTV, Public Address System: Operation and Maintenance.
• Directly Responsible for Servicing alarm / security System for customer in commercial and government’s application.
• Operate the Fix DOME Camera, PTZ Camera, bullet camera IP Based Camera Installed in the Building.
• Monitoring The Camera Recording of All Cameras in DVR, Maintain Free Space Like DVR Storage and Delete the Previous Recording, Maintain the Log Sheet for The Recording of Camera Feed in DVR.
• Troubleshoot The DVR System or network POE switch in Case of any Error like Loos Connectivity, Recording Stop.
• Several Hang, Camera output not coming, cable Damage, Software Error ECT Update System When it needed.
