 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business
processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
 Sending LPO and organizing and confirming Delivery of goods and services
 Ensure to have Proper Order Book Management to meet the Order expected delivery dates
 Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
 Coordinating Air, Sea and land Operations for Import/Export.
 Planning and Scheduling of all assigned shipments through Effective Communication with
Shipper and Consignee
 Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, and goods ordered & received in ERP.
 Maintain and Ensure a data classification and data security program within the relevant area.
 Organizing, Managing and Controlling Routine Store & Purchase Department Activity
 Procurement of F & B Items, Packing Material, Disposable, Kitchen Requirement, Food Service
Requirement, House Keeping requirements, catering, uniforms & Maintenance requirement.
 Procurement of all Liquor for Mumbai location.
 Maintaining proper Method of Stock Issue (FIFO was in use) & maintaining the various levels of
stock.
 Checking the bills as per the order placed and forwarding them to finance for payment.
 Ensure compliance and Proper execution of all contractual approval requirements
 Ensure that accountabilities for the implementation of improvement opportunities are
completed within the assigned deadlines.
 Support line manager with Required reports, presentations, analysis and any other requested
tasks
 Follow-up with finance team for supplier’s payment, reconciliation & maintaining the necessary
records.
 Responsible for NSO openings.
 Month End Inventory (Tracking physical Inventory) and sharing MIS with the Management.
 Ensure to perform other related duties and Assignments.
