Strategic Learning Manager with over 11 years’ experience in the delivery of innovative Learning Solutions. Currently employed by Raytheon/Vertex to design, develop and manage Strategic Leadership/Learning Programs for Corporate Clients in Financial Services, Automotive and Raytheon/Vertex Core Sectors, with a staff of 52 designer/developers. Experience includes responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on a local, regional and global scale including projects delivered in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Highly motivated to establish priorities and manage deliverables to meet tight deadlines, KPI’s and budgets.  An excellent leader with proven management and people skills who enjoys building long lasting business relationships.
