Supervision of operation of a main production line for different hygienic products
(Diapers, Wipes, Masks)
- Performing necessary machine calibrations and fine tuning
- Troubleshooting machine problems that arise during the operation of the machines
- Planning corrective and preventive maintenance activities on the line
- Utilizing operation and maintenance manuals to ensure that the required jobs are done according to the manufacturer recommendations and standards
- Usage and application of necessary documentations related to the machines and
products,
- Planning and executing the necessary day-to-day activities on the line (CILT)
- Data collection and monitoring
- Monitoring the line and machines performance to ensure high line efficiency and
productivity (KPIs)
- Regular reporting of line performance to upper management
- Proposing and executing solutions to improve line efficiency and performance
- Supervision of the maintenance and operation activities, abiding with the necessary health and safety protocols in the factory.
- Cooperate with the different team members to ensure smooth work flow and problem solving
- Documentation of the different maintenance activities performed on the machines.
