The Spa Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting
of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions
regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments,
checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services
performed.
Bell Boy: HOTEL REGENT PARK, CHATTAGRAM, JAN 1ST 2018 to till
31st March 2020.
A Bellman's main duty is carrying luggage for the guests as they come
to or leave the hotel. He should also attend the main entrance door and
welcome/farewell guests, arrange and manage transfers, help guests
with directions and perform as the first and last impression for them.
Waiter: HOTEL HERITAGE, CHATTAGRAM, FEB 1ST 2015 to till 31st
DEC 2017.
The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and
seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the
kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to
upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
