1.)    Successfully passed the API570 Piping Inspector Exam (April 2021).

2.)  Knowledge of Inspection by using RT & UT Instruments

3.)    Attending meetings with clients and consultants to carry out the work without any obstruction.

4.)    Receiving IRs for inspection from construction Site to review and send to the client for approval.

5.)    I have functional knowledge of UAE CIVIL DEFENCE & NFPA Standards.

6.)    Interacting with the Clients, Civil Défense Fire Department, Consultants, Contractors for Fire Protection of the projects undertaken.

7.)    Preparation of the drawing with coordination clashes check-in REVIT.

8.)    Hands-on experience in the design and estimation of major Substation, Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects.

9.)    Had successfully passed in the Civil Defence Examination - Ras Al Khaimah.

10.)    Attending Inspections with Civil Défense Officers.

11.)  Attending Final Inspections with Consultants / Clients.

12.)   Maintained good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.

13.)   Valid -UAE driving license.
