Rumana Sultana is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at Lalmatia Girls’ College, under National University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is also a Research Fellow who is doing her PhD at the University of Brunei Darussalam. She has over 22 years of experience in teaching and managing college-level students with her engaging and content-filled style of teaching. Rumana is also a skilled researcher demonstrating proficiency in every area she decides to work in, she has the ability to perform grand scales of research with utter competence.
