  • Initiate, lead and support air/ocean bids throughout the year. Analyze results and lead recommended actions.
  • Create performance report cards and analyze carrier performance.
  • Recruit, manage and coach.
  • Identify freight saving opportunities, implement process changes, and measure/report results.
  • Develop audit process to ensure accuracy of rating
  • Analyze transportation claim trends, address recurring instances, and implement solutions to reduce claims.
  • Lead and support supply chain/distribution continuous improvement events globally
