Roles and Responsibilities:

1.        Head of the marine department involving and responsible for the operating the marine fleet units operating inside UAE & GGC area. Along with the Hire vessels and barges with safe marine practice, comply with Company and Client Policy Procedures and Rules, according with all the local and international laws and regulation.

2.        Follow up all the preparation and the mobilization of any marine units until to assigning operation site.

3.        Monitor day to day the ship’s operation along with site manager for smooth activities at sea and port without delays and accident.

4.       Participate along with procurements department for the hiring for any marine units.

5.        Ensure all kind of certificates on board vessels is valid. And

6.       Dealing and approaching to all the marine authority inside the GCC in any issue related to marine operation in order to accelerate the obtaining of any required documents

7.        Marketing the company fleet to various clients /charter.

8.       Developing the offshore services throughout the Evaluate and review, involve in the new clients’/charter contracts.

2.         Inspect and approve the selected barges and tugs from the local market and GCC area in order to deliver 5milion tons of aggregates with different size and categories to the site location, also supervise all marine operation and loading activity from UAE to the site in Iraq.

3.        SARB –Zirku island (ADMA-OPCO)

4.       Supervise all the assigned marine equipment’s during the mobilization period Tugs/crane barges/rock barges +crew in order to comply with ADMA Marine and HSE standard and get the final approval.
