• Proficiency in overall project management in construction of highways, power plant Structural work & high-rise buildings.
• Experience in delivering large scale Roads and Highways infrastructure projects for Govt. Road Authorities.
• Experience in delivering large scale High raise Building projects (Up to G+20).
• Ability to work independently as well as Quantity Surveyor, Making Sub-contractors bills as per BOQ.
• Inspection of foundation for equipment installation (As per design) in Thermal power plant and LNG Plant.
• Concrete testing like temperature and slump on pouring location. Concrete inspection at lab by using compressive strength, Water absorption test.
• Experience in Select, Define and Execute phases and programs to meet the business objectives for cost, schedule, quality & safety.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentoring for technical specialists and junior professionals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across several multi- functional project teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide written and verbal reporting to various levels.
