My working experience is total of 18 years, 8 years handling warehousing management and Toyota parts sales and 10 years experience in Customer Service in a Flower company in Singapore which supervise customer service officer, coach and mentoring them for their betterment in serving customer in a satisfactory level. Resolve and handles customer complaints either thru phone, emails and face to face interaction.

It is always my hope to work in a challenging and interesting environment that will utilize my training, education, skills and personal abilities.
