I am a Computer Science Engineer currently working in Waypoint Systems as a Solution Expert for our ERP Software. My work revolves around resolving customer related issues, discussing with the development team all possible steps to resolve an issue, deploying and training clients on how to use the Device and software.
I was previously an employee of POSibolt Solutions as a QA Analyst and System Admin working on linux based systems in deploying and updating latest works.
