Am Shibili Thayoob as a Sr. HSE officer working in Saudi Bin Laden group Dubai,I have more than 8 years of experience (UAE)in managing occupational health & safety in different industries, 3 years in oil and gas field construction with M/s Granite Construction company (Client: GASCO-Ruwais &ZADCO offshore projects in AbuDhabi) and around 5 years experienced in Dubai building construction &Infrastructure projects with M/s Saudi Bin Laden group (B2B Tower in DOWN TOWN Dubai and Arjaan development project in Dubai land, EMAAR Town squire project in Al-Qudura Dubai,working as site Safety Engineer(Expansion and engineering science building American university of Sharjah ) since Jan 2018 to 2019 march
presently working as a safety engineer at RAT ( Intelligent traffic control system) project in Al barshah Dubai AT MARCH 2019
I have completed my bachelor degree (BBA) and Diploma in fire safety engineering, also certified with NEBOSH IGC, OHSAS 18001-2007 Internal auditor, advanced first aid and other relevant training's.
General duties and responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing safety and loss prevention programs.
 Monitor safety performance of on-site workers to determine vulnerability.
 Periodic safety meetings with client representative
 Identify and remove unsafe or hazardous materials from job sites prior to each shift.
 Check workers to ensure that they are wearing the right type of clothes (helmets, jackets and gloves) before they begin their shift.

 Inspect workplace at the beginning of each day to make sure it is safe for operation.
 Perform inspection on equipment and tools that workers will use during their shift.
 Check the stability of scaffolding and make sure that all materials such as tar, cement and bricks are of good quality.
 Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time.
 Prepare detailed report of on-site Accidents/Incident &Near miss.
 Conduct detailed safety audits on a periodic basis.
 Educate workers about the company’s safety policy and procedures that they need to follow.
 Store hazardous materials and dangerous equipment in specially designated storage places.
 Inspect safety related complaints such as spills, poisoning and disease outbreaks.
 Communicate essential safety standards to workers during each safety walk stage regardless of how many times it has been repeated.
