•Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

•Preparing and Maintaining Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report, correspondences to suppliers, subcontractor and consultant
•Performs HR and Administrative works
•Responsible in updating logs and distribution of construction drawings, Submittals, Request for Information
•Handles the Contract Agreements, Payment Certificates, Permits
•Responsible for obtaining quotations from the subcontractor and suppliers as a reference in preparation of the Tender Documents
•Preparing documents such as drawings, BOQ’s, specifications to be given to Subcontractors and suppliers
•Shipments of goods and documentation to customers and suppliers.
•Take the initiative to ensure a healthy and motivating working atmosphere in the office
•Handles confidential documents of the company such as Bill of Quantities, Request for Proposals, Contracts, Drawings, etc.
•In charge of making correspondence and taking down minutes of the meeting
•Receive incoming and outgoing calls.
