• 2015 - Designed and implemented the stock management solution (Raw and Finished goods) for SIG Riyadh, KSA producing tetra cartons for major diary and refreshment providers within GCC. Achievements: better support for production demand and planning, better storage solutions for raw and finished goods, increase productivity for in and out flow and reduction in wastage and logistics cost reduction.
• 2012-13 - Remotely managed a 2 years project with fixed budget and timeline for KAPSARC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (http://www.kapsarc.org/kapsarc/Default.aspx) Freight, warehousing, delivery, installation of furniture & fittings for 255 executive villas (items worth USD 22 Million) 60 + staff.
