 Responsible for handling joinery works such as all types of wooden panelling work, doors, wardrobe works, wooden cabinets, counters work, wooden ceiling and mashrabiya works etc.
 Accountable for handling all types of gypsum work such as ceiling work, partitions work
 Efficiently handling all types of flooring work such as parquet flooring, vinyl floors and epoxy floors, resin flooring, carpet tiles work and paint work, glazing work and re-constitute top (Corian Top) work
 Effectively handling fabric and upholstery work, curtain work and signage work etc.
 Coordinating with consultants and clients to kick off site to start project construction, making all necessary arrangement of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval
 Working closely with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs and monthly revenues
 Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in the project
 Effectively managing design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations
