Major Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Prepare components of FEED & EPIC tender documents following tender issue process by ensuring compilation of various appendixes. 2) Review and coordination of technical submission, tender queries, tender evaluation, and award within KPIs to meet overall project schedules. 3) Coordinate and participate in tender evaluation by assessing capability, resources and strength of contractors and vendors by proper Technical Bid Evaluation. 4) Coordinate the project planning, costing/budgeting, monitoring and controls with the Project Control teams of QP and Contractor to meet project objectives, deliverables as per milestones 5) Facilitate FEED and EPIC contractors in meeting project objectives and progress in consultation with discipline engineers, construction supervisors, QA/QC, HSE and Commissioning team. 6) Ensure capturing of related project data on the Risk Register, Change Management system, concession/deviation system, documentation distribution system etc. 7) Evaluate and assist in negotiations on contractor/vendor’s additional cost and time variation claims arising during project life cycle due to contractual changes, delays attributable to QP towards amicable resolution within contract for the interest of the project. 8) Facilitate project procurement activities by coordinating site material procurement approval processes to ensure timely receipt of material at site. 9) Coordinate the development of project specific Quality, HSSE, Project Execution plans in compliance to QP corporate requirements and ensure adherence to applicable plans during execution. 10) Review Constructability aspects of the design, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures/sequences both during FEED and EPIC Phases of the projects. 11) Ensure proper review of FAT, SAT, Performance test procedures and ensure compliance for the satisfactory completion of all applicable tests. 12) Facilitate Project & closure by ensuring compliance and completion of all activities and punch list items to the satisfaction of Asset Holders for the successful Handover. 13) Lesson Learnt tabulation and sharing with all projects.

• Ececuted 3 Layer Polyethylene Coating, 3 Layer Poly propylene, Fusion Bond Epoxy coating, High Built Epoxy coating for around 1000 km of line pipes for various projects on various sizes.
