- Roads and pavement work including and not limited to Asphalt, sub-base, road base, curbs, tiles and other related work (New construction and Maintenance).
- Pipe line, including water, sewer, storm water, future ducts for utilities, MEP work.
- Earthwork and mass earth moving, cut to fill, excavation, engineering fill, transportation, etc. Experience with machine control system.

- Concrete work from precast barriers, to sewer / storm water chambers to heavy
Structures such as bridge foundations, piling, retaining walls, pile cup and deck slab.
- Utilities work such as Electrical network, street lighting network, Etisalat etc..
- Detour design and traffic management.
- Approval from government agencies and service providers / NOC, Tarakhees/ RTA / DEWA/DM etc…

- Sub-contractor(s) managing / sub-contract agreements.
- Strong estimation skill + tendering and Full bid preparation (ROADS and Infrastructure projects).
- Projects / tasks planning.
- Project management; technical / commercial / contractual Letters and all kind of communication with client. Time management skills, running multi-projects at the same time.
- New construction, Maintenance, Work Order, Main-contract and Sub-contract projects.
- Highly motivated person.
- Team player and leadership, highly focused engineer and capable to work under pressure.
- Honest and very transparent.
- Excellent Arabic, English and French languages.
