In the course of caring for Newborn/Pediatric, Geriatric up to Chronically ill patients. I have become proficient in assisting clients/residents with life skills, documenting patient's information, and managing patients schedules. I have also had the chance to work with nurses and physicians to coordinate treatment plans and have recently begun training new nursing assistant as well as mentoring them to improve performances.
