• Excellent knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Systems
• Mechanical knowledge of Negative/positive Pressure, ( Culligan ) RO Plant, Multimedia filters, Carbon filters, Hepa filters, Softeners, (Cochran) Boilers, ( Ecotherm ) Calorifiers, Heat exchangers, Water Treatment plants and all related activities
• Experienced in Plumbing works, Tools, fittings, ( PPR/CPVC/HDPE ) Pipes, sanitary, valves, water tanks, Water pumps, drainage system, vessel tanks, hot and cold pipe lines
• Monthly water chemical analysis reports, microbiological analysis reports, air quality tests, Noise tests carried out according to health technical memorandum
• Anticipate and prepare list of tools, spare parts, consumable, equipments and manpower required to execute the job
• Excellent Knowledge of Mechanical equipments such as (Carrier/Trane/LG) Chillers, ( Carrier/York/Johnsons and Control )AHU/ERU, ( Helical/Piston ) Compressors, (Patterson/Clarke/Sffeco) Firefighting Pumps, (Bell and Gossets/Gould) Water Pumps, (ABB/Johnsons and Control) AHU Motors, ( York ) FCU, ( Baldor Reliancer ) Extract Fans, (Price) VAV related Controls and maintaining them on daily basis
• Excellent Knowledge in mechanical devices such as Pressure switches, Flow Switches, Flow sensors, Air Flow Switches, Solenoid valves, Actuators, Differential pressure switches, Temperature sensors, Thermal Sensors
• Strong knowledge in electrical diagrams, circuits and devices such as Motors, Contactors, Circuit breakers, Relays, Overloads, Timers, Delta star connections, Control circuits, connectors, switches
• Familiar with Gas plant, Kitchen and laundry works and carrying out monthly PPM.
• Excellent knowledge in Firefighting Systems, Fire Pumps, Tanks, Fire alarms, Fire detectors Fire hose reels, Fire hydrants, Fire Extinguishers, Dry risers, Sprinkler systems, Deluge system, FM200.
• Review the scope of work, drawings, schedule plan, method statement, bill of materials, Spare parts, HSE plan and other document related to the project execution
• BMS ( Building Management System ) Knowledge and Plan Preventive Maintaining experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing, .
