1. Making tenancy contracts as per requirement.
2. Collecting all the documents from the tenant.
3. Collecting cash/cheques and issuing the receipts to the tenant.
4. Preparing letters and notice to be attached with contract.
5. Updating of daily collection and reporting to head office.
6. Updating of daily transaction (booking/renewal/vacate) report.
7. Attending tenant queries and complains regarding internal maintenance.
8. Dealing with tenants and following up for outstanding payments.
9. Receiving of key handover from the tenant at time of vacating the unit.
10. Attending customers pre-renting out queries.
11. In case any tenant runaway, take required action.
12. Computing VAT amount and prepare tax invoice to be issued to the customer.
13. Prepare & compute quotation for the rent amount.
14. Preparing different monthly reports such as tax collection,dewa reading and updated vacant list.
15. Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents ready for Baladya Inspection.
16. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
17. Monitoring and disburses petty cash.
18. Other duties that maybe assigned by the manager from time to time.
