I have been in the building construction industry with the Main Contractor for the past 5 years. My most recent experience has been handling Project Accounting & Operations.

Previously, I had been worked with different companies in UAE and Oman for more than 5 years as an Accountant and for more than 6 months in Sales.

My role & responsibilities:

 Reviewing Subcontractor’s Progressive Certificates, Supplier Invoices, Petty Cash Bills and other daily operational documents.
 Reviewing Subcontractor’s Retention Reduction, Advance Payment Deductions, and Value Reduction -Materials.
 Advance Payment Deductions, and Fines & Penalties etc.
 Reviewing Payroll updation and processing.
 Contract and Tender Documents
 Preparing the Full & Final Payment for Subcontractors FS.
 Preparing yearly and monthly Project, Expense and Cost report.
 Preparing Sub-Contractor, NSC’s, Advance and Retention report
 Processing subcontractor’s Progressive Certificates, Supplier Invoices, Petty Cash Bills and other daily operational documents and preparing primary vouchers (PI, PV, RV, PPC, JV etc.).
 Checking all Vouchers and Documents (MR, LPO, MI, SRV, DN, PI, PVB, PVC, SCA, PPC etc.)..
 Reviewing the Letter of Appointments, Letter of Nomination, Direct Work Order, LPO, Consultant Approvals, and Nominated Sub-Contractor, and Client Payments, Examination the All Risk Insurance, Workmen Compensation and Third-Party Insurance related to the work Orders, Advance Payment Guarantee, Performance guarantees, Sub-Contractors BOQ, Appendix, TOC, DLP etc.
 Reconciliation of Client Payments.
 Petty Cash Statement.
 Coordinating with Project Management and Finance Department for the payment status and various reports.
 Working as a Procurement Coordinator of the Project & having good Knowledge on Construction Martials.
 Responsible and Make sure all operational activities executed such as timely delivery on material, follow up, and coordination with procurement & supplier.
