i am an mep engineer with 12 year experience at uae and bellow is my duties
• Coordinate with vendors, internal departments for smooth execution of projects, to ensure that machines and equipment’s are installed and functioning according to specification and safety rules
• Monitoring and controlling the site activities, creating a detailed plan for the site activities based on the project, fixing targets by reviewing the progress on weekly/monthly basis and formulating action plan accordingly.
• Site supervision for all MEP activities and ensure that all such works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for attending project reviews and meeting with consultants/clients as requested.
• Communicating and coordinating with the consultants, engineers, owners, clients and other contractors for MEP services.
• Dealing with all matters of documentation, technical & administration activities.
• Follow up with subcontractors for access to all MEP works.
