I have more than 7 years in UAE experience as an electrical engineer ( Airport,Hospital and high rise building experience) and also having UAE driving license.And two years in India also.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Reviewing design drawings, contract specifications and raising request for information for missing design information and design discrepancies.
•Doing voltage drop calculation for Low Voltage network. And choosing the
correct cables/breakers.
•Preparing small power layouts, lighting layout, containment layout, LV schematics,Builders work layout in line with DEWA and HTM requirements.
•Monitoring and submitting MEP Co‐ordination drawing with mechanical team.
•Calculate the tray and trunking sizes.
•Coordinating with supplier and checking the ELV drawings (Fire alarm, Security system,IT cabling, Nurse Call system, Master clock, BMS). Also coordinate with switch gear supplier, UPS supplier, wiring accessories supplier, Containment supplier, medical equipment supplier.
•Coordinating with lighting control system supplier (Dali & lighting control) and reviewing the drawings.
•Coordinating with Emergency monitoring system supplier and reviewing the drawings.
•Coordinating with lightning protection/earthing supplier for shop drawing approval.
•Preparing document /material submittals and getting approvals from consultant.
•Material Take off and ordering the materials as per approved drawing and specifications.
•Preparing load schedules (Final DB, SMDB and MDB) for DEWA approval.
•Attending technical and commercial meetings with Consultant / Clients/Suppliers and clarifying project related queries.
•Coordinating and monitoring the site activities and progress.
