Duties and Responsibilities
• Full Billing Process in shipping.

• Dealing with various supplier invoices and follow up with the suppliers to get the bills
• Follow up with the port authorities to get the bill & checking and updating supplier invoice in the system and get the approval from the manager to process the bill for payment.
• Dealing with 3rdparties, principals, operators & suppliers like PMA, MENAS, Hotels, Hospitals..etc
• Billing all types of vessel’s like Tankers, Rigs, Cargo vessels, Bulk carriers, Dry Dock, Dry Bulk, Car carriers & all commercial Vessels.
• Solve the queries regarding the invoices to the customers like customer service jobs
• Assisting account team for job closure.
• Updating FDA in principals system.
• Costing at the time of billing.
