Facility Engineer Manager --- Line Investments and Property LLC (Abu Dhabi) — August-- 2014 till March--2019.
• Managing the team of in house services, complying with the contract requirement agreed with the client.
• Developing management reports complying with the Capital replacement plan of the plants and equipments in line to the cycle routine.
• Ensuring and managing the preventive requirement to the equipments and plants and ensuring adherence to minimal break down time of the equipments in accordance with the contract.
• Formulation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the services supporting the operations.
• Coordinating with the sub contractors with their assigned workers activities for the routine maintenance, planned preventive maintenance and break down maintenance.

• Responsible to directly manage the safety, quality, and conformance of all MEP scope on the construction project.
• Planning and ensuring mechanical, plumbing and electrical installation as per approved drawings and material approvals.
• Supervising day today site operations.
• Preparation of documents for erection, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems which is as per the plan, shop drawings, specifications, standards and schedule.
• Ensuring that the work to be completed as per the time schedule and completing the snag list for the accomplished work.

Electrical Engineer—Bahwan Engineering Company LLC (Oman) — March 2007 until December 2007.
• We were given in Man Power to Bechtel for execution of the Aluminum Plant Smelter Project in Sohar (Oman).
• Reporting to the Project Manager of Bechtel.
• With the approved drawings given from Bechtel works are to be executed.
• Ensuring the work processes are in compliance to the statutory requirement and in compliance to the authority’s regulation.
• Areas of implementation of work are in erection and installation of Aluminum Storage Yard equipments, lighting, over head crane, cooling tower equipments, Lv Panels with cabling along with testing and commissioning.
• Corporate HSE policy is strictly followed which is given by Bechtel before doing the work.
• Managing the man power, planning and coordinating the works with the Bechtel.
• Reconciliation of materials issued from Bechtel and handing over the balance material after execution of work.

Electrical Engineer—GEA Energy Systems LTD (India) for 330MW Power Plant in Dholpur — January 2006 until February 2007.
• Reporting to the Regional Director for the Project of the 330MW Power Plant.
• Coordinating with the contractors for the erection and installation of LV panels, cables, light fixtures, air condition, generators, and Bus Bay erection for switchyard along with capacitor banks.
• Responsible for planning, administration and labor management for all electrical and constructional jobs.
• Responsible for executing the work with safety procedures to ensure safe and healthy work atmosphere.
• Efficiently coordinate with the consultant as well as getting approvals for execution of works.
• Develop standard technical specifications and basic engineering drawings as well as 3-line diagrams, wiring and connection diagrams controlling schematic, lighting, grounding and race way layouts.
Site Engineer—Petron Engineering Construction PVT LTD — January 2001 until December 2005.
• Supervise the installation and erection of electrical, instrumentation equipments like HV/LV/MV switchgears, power transformers (110/10KV), distribution transformers (10/6.6KV, 6.6KV/440V).
• Handle HT /LT Motors up to 1310KW, battery bank, charger panels, PLC/DCS, UPS panel etc.
• Manage all kinds of earthing, industrial lighting, crane electrical wiring involving rail conductor installation, switch yard substation (relay and control panels) along with cable laying and termination both LT/HT cables.
• Planning, billing, scheduling manpower and also coordinate with clients consultant and sub contractors, handle project executions with large work force.
