• Responsible for issuing offers with payments terms as per company’s policy with payments terms as matched with the approved payments
• Ensure leasing files are adequately safeguarded, as outline in the Khidmah Operations manual, Memos, and Handouts and comply with all processes, procedures and directives.
• Responsible for assisting the Property Manager maintain key control on the property.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the managements.
• Helps with the implementation of marketing plans as directed by Leasing Manager/Senior Supervisor.
• Provides support to Property Management staff by assisting with collection of rent, taf and deposits as needed.
• Communicates with the owner for approvals, listing, and negotiating rental terms.
• Updates leasing inquiries in the system & attending to the inquiries per the policies and procedures.
