DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide IT solution and critical recommendation to help the company maintain IT equipment and the security of important files and information
• Design and develop windows application using VB.net and Visual Basic 6
• Manage and maintain company website
• Manage and maintain computers, local area network, VOIP hardware, VPN networks and office application
• Manage and maintain server files, delegating and administering user and computer rights and access.
• Manage and maintain server antivirus and firewall systems
• Create timely server diagnostic reports
• Manage Web server and domain server (web files and email accounts)
• Graphic designing (Business cards, Headers, Flyers, News Ads, T-shirt print, Signage, Logo and more)
• Data Entry (Encoding of office documents and Office Transaction through the VPN application and Internet)
• Manage and designate Data Entry projects
• Manage and provide a well plan production strategies and production time table
• Manage employee work schedule and other employee needs
• Create weekly and Monthly reports of project progress from start to finish
• Handle calls (customer service, technical support, sales, appointment setting and escalated calls).
