• Coordinating with branches regarding warranty and claims issues.
• ICT the parts after approval to main store to claim accordingly
• Tracking for customer’s claims of warranty Parts/AC Delco Batteries.
• Prepare the DR for the damaged parts received by shipments and processing the claim.
• Defective parts sorting, arranging and scrapping once the credit note is received.
• Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports of Parts/AC Delco Battery claims & warranty.
• Make the weekly batteries inventory in main branch.
• Monthly AC Delco batteries warranty claim reports.
• Track the claimed parts to make sure it’s deducted for the system.
